New Horizons 2010 Spring, Ukraine, Mariupol

This is my second time when facilitating New Horizons in Ukraine.
And I must say it wasn't like previous one. Actually every New Horizons, every conference, even with the same name is always totaly different. You can never know how it would be, but you always have a chance to come and to try it.From my facilitating experience I can say that our faci team was the greatest one, Leadership track:
Apetrei Alex, Ivan Buli, Julia Nesterenko, Ann Yevtushenko and me (Julia Pentko) And of course the best Conference manager Mary Rozhkova. Newbies and IDeaS tracks were also lucky by getting really great faci team: Lilya Kolesnyk, Bora Vasovic, Luda Yakovenko, Maryana Stupynska, Singer Oleg, Sebastien Gratton, Alexandr Iscenco and of course the best conference managers: Nikoleta Parvana and Liya Suhareva. And the biggest thanks to Chair Bob (Bahaa Hussein) !! Deffinantly New Horizons collect only best and the most possitive Chairs ever!!!! Excellent people make excellent conferences and this conference was deffinatly one of them!

What has made this conference unique:

• faci GTKEO as "I have never ever" game
• it was the first non-Polish but Romanian conference in Ukraine, I've ever visited :))
• Mary Rozhkova - Баба-трахтор!!!
• 1 faci per one place. Thank you, OC, for that gift!!!
• Tuha, 2 faci per 1 place ;-))
• Hot water
  
• Good meals
• It seems that I've bored CM and OC so much that they have printed my handouts 3 times :-D
• Sea + night + gitar = amazing
• "Ruchejok" corrupted by Kira ;-)
• Videos from "Ruchejok" which were recorded by German Mafia!!!

• I wish delegates know how many times faci team were choosing and traying to create New Horizons dance :-D
• "Cave"became the best party place!!!
• Creativity, respect and awarness of each other.
